I wonder if most people appreciate the amount of work it takes to colorize a black and white photo. These are beautiful! I don’t know why, but I especially like the Einstein one.

there have been a lot of interesting coincidences in my own thoughts and experiences recently and the random bits of information that come to me from outside.
perhaps i have just been thinking about a lot, or thinking about a lot of very basic or universal things.
regardless, i was just, perhaps yesterday, thinking about the process that might be involved in colorizing a photo, and imagining that it might be extremely painstaking.
these are exceptionally impressive.
